Prof Ruth Crick – Director.  Ruth is Professor of Learning Analytics and Educational Leadership at the University of Technology Sydney and the University of Bristol. She has been designing and researching the assessment of learning power and authentic enquiry since 2000 and led the team which designed the Learning Journey Platform in 2015.

Tim Crick – Director.  Tim is a pioneer of ‘one to one’ customer marketing in Financial Services. He spent 20 years driving innovation through the delivery of ground-breaking customer communication capabilities – most notably building an industrial scale, real-time ‘Next Best Action’ omni-channel decisioning system as Head of Customer Contact Architecture with the Royal Bank of Scotland.

Richard Seabrook – Director.  Richard is a proven business leader with over 20 years’ experience of leading large product and marketing teams in blue chip Financial Services organisations. As a former Head of Marketing with RBS, he offers extensive experience in developing and implementing propositions in a multi-channel environment, with an enviable track record of translating disparate product marketing strategies into integrated customer contact plans.

Dr Shaofu Huang – Senior Consultant.  Shaofu is a researcher based at the University of Bristol and has joined the learning power research team since 2009. His core research area is in learning and infrastructure, with particular interests in a systemic understanding of the complex process of individual and collaborative learning, and the development of data and analytics models to support improvements toward a sustainable future.
