Dr Shaofu Huang

Shaofu is a researcher based at the University of Bristol and has joined the learning power research team since 2009. His core research area is in learning and infrastructure, with particular interests in a systemic understanding of the complex process of individual and collaborative learning, and the development of data and analytics models to support improvements toward a sustainable future.

Claire is a senior teacher of over 15 years experience working in the mainstream secondary sector. Claire has a deep-seated passion for the role of education in the promotion of social justice. She has a keen interest in Educational Transactional Analysis, Metacognition and the use of Ed Tech for learning. Claire is undertaking a 2-year secondment to work as programme leader for the IntegratED project with our Community Interest Company – Learning Emergence Community Futures on the charitably funded research project into increasing student engagement and reducing avoidable exclusions.

He has led development programs and coached leaders at all levels in some of the world’s largest organizations.
